These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AQ789 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software applications, services, features, content and functionality (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "AQ789").

AQ789 is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between AQ789 and you.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our Support team.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "AQ789", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the AQ789 platform and all associated entities operating it under applicable international licensing frameworks.
• "You", "User", "Player" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback or reward offered by AQ789 under specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or as otherwise mandated.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by the Platform's operating policies.
• "Sports Betting" — wagering on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events listed on the Platform.
• "Platform Currency" — the currency in which Account Balances are denominated. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) is supported, amounts will be displayed accordingly.

To register and maintain an Account on AQ789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of AQ789, nor a close family member or household member of such a person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gambling.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by AQ789's administrative action.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including a valid email address, date of birth and any other information required by the registration form. You must keep this information up to date.

AQ789 operates a strict one Account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point where AQ789 considers it necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. These may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account used to deposit — referenced as a familiar local reference only, not as an endorsement of gambling by those providers)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or, where fraud is suspected, account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. AQ789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as supported within your account dashboard. AQ789 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — such as bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets and other available options — as references only. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current supported options and applicable jurisdiction rules. AQ789 does not claim that any bank, wallet or payment provider endorses or supports online gambling.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. AQ789 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time upon reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) no outstanding compliance or fraud investigations; and (d) the withdrawal meeting any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

5.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. AQ789 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the cashier section, but cannot guarantee specific timelines due to factors outside its control, including third-party processing delays.

5.5 Currency. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is a supported account currency, balances will be displayed in PKR. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred through their payment provider.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee, as set out in the cashier section. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6.1 General. All bets placed on AQ789 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are accessible within the Platform's dedicated rules section and on individual game pages.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. AQ789 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error or obvious pricing mistake has occurred; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms; or (c) the bet exceeds applicable maximum stake limits.

6.3 Sports Betting. Markets available include cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events. AQ789 references these sports as content context only and has no official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket franchise or any sporting body.

6.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to liquidity and event availability. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, bets may be suspended or refused during periods of rapid odds movement. Accepted in-play bets will not be voided solely on the basis of subsequent odds changes.

6.5 Casino & Slots. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot games, operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live-feed dealer technology. Published RTP figures are illustrative ranges based on game-level data from the relevant technology provider.

6.6 Results. The outcome of bets and games as recorded by AQ789's system shall be final, subject to any manifest error or technical fault investigation process.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the relevant offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The applicable multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry window for each bonus will be stated on the promotion page. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all instances.

7.3 Maximum Bet Rule. While a bonus balance is active and subject to wagering requirements, a maximum bet per spin or per wager applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. The specific maximum bet limit is stated on each promotion page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. AQ789 reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it identifies, at its reasonable discretion, patterns consistent with bonus abuse, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any coordinated attempt to exploit promotional structures. Such conduct may also result in permanent account closure.

7.5 No Guaranteed Returns. No bonus or promotion offered by AQ789 implies a guaranteed financial return or net profit. All gambling activity involves risk. Illustrative bonus figures (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 5,000 birthday reward at Silver tier) are subject to applicable terms and are not guaranteed offers unless confirmed in writing by AQ789 Support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the AQ789 Platform:

• Registering an Account on behalf of another person or providing false identity information
• Holding more than one active Account simultaneously
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or pool betting resources in a manner designed to circumvent standard game rules
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports integrity violation
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions using strategies designed to generate risk-free returns
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Harassing, threatening or abusing AQ789 staff, support agents or other users

AQ789 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report relevant activity to applicable authorities where required by law.

All content on the AQ789 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, betting markets and software, is the property of AQ789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform's content without AQ789's express prior written consent.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AQ789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

10.2 AQ789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access. AQ789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

10.3 In the event of a manifest technical error that results in an incorrect payout, AQ789 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and correct the Account balance. Users are not entitled to retain winnings resulting from a clear system error.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

AQ789 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment. We take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once in effect, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

If we have reason to believe a minor has registered, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits returned.

12.1 By AQ789. AQ789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including (but not limited to): suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC verification; breach of these Terms; access from a prohibited jurisdiction; or reasonable suspicion of money laundering activity.

12.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Support. If you wish to close your Account for responsible gambling reasons, we recommend requesting a formal self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

12.3 Return of Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed by AQ789 for reasons unrelated to breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the user via a method approved by the operator. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not returnable.

AQ789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email to the registered Account address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AQ789 holds its applicable operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be stated in the Platform's licence disclosure section.

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to first contact AQ789 Support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, users may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body identified in the Platform's licence disclosure.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, most notably the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online or remote gambling for users based in Pakistan may depend on the specific nature of the activity, the jurisdiction of the platform operator and any applicable provincial or federal legislation.

AQ789 makes no representation that its services are legal in Pakistan and does not claim authorisation, licensing, endorsement or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any Pakistani provincial authority, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any other Pakistani institution.
